When can I get to my unit?
24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Office hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m. daily) are for people questions — the gate doesn’t keep office hours.
How do I rent a unit?
Online, any time: pick your unit, sign, and pay in about five minutes, and you’ll get your access code right away. Prefer a human? Call (207) 616-0307 during office hours and we’ll set you up.
Do I need climate control?
If it can warp, crack, rust, or mildew — wood furniture, electronics, instruments, photos, fabric — yes. Maine swings from −20°F to 90°F and climate control flattens that out.
Vehicles, tools, outdoor gear, and sealed totes do fine in a drive-up unit at a lower rate.
What size do I need?
Use the picker above — the floor plans are drawn to scale, furniture included. A useful rule of thumb is one 5×12 unit per bedroom of furniture. When in doubt, size up once; cramming a unit to the door makes everything at the back unreachable.
How do payments work?
Month to month, online. Pay from your account, or set up autopay and forget it. You can also log in to your account to manage everything.
Is my stuff protected?
Security cameras run at both facilities and units are clean and dry. Tenant protection plans are available when you sign up — and your homeowner’s or renter’s policy may already cover stored belongings; worth a call to your agent.
